The seller states the delivery time in the product description. With auto-delivery the item usually arrives right after payment — on the order page at the partner's site and by email; manual delivery happens within the time stated in the description.
What if the item did not arrive?
Check the order page on the partner's site and your email, including the spam folder, and message the seller in the order conversation. If they do not reply or deliver, open a dispute or a ticket with the partner's support and keep the receipt.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds and disputes follow the partner's rules and go through its support, since the partner took the payment. The Lootmarket guarantee does not cover such orders, and we cannot refund them.

About Keys for Rust
A Rust key or gift is a way to add the game to your Steam library. A key is a code you enter in the Steam client under Activate a Product; a gift is a copy of the game sent to your account as a present. The listing states which one you are buying.
Keys are usually sold with Auto-delivery: the code appears on the deal page right after payment. A gift is sent manually by the seller, who needs a link to your Steam profile or a friend request; arrange that in the deal chat.
The main trap is the region. Steam keys and gifts are often locked to a region, and a copy meant for another region will not activate. Match your account's region with the listing before paying. If the code fails, open a dispute without confirming receipt.
A key on a fresh account is a clean start with no history, but bear in mind that some Rust servers turn away accounts with few hours. If getting onto such servers matters to you, weigh this option against an account that already has hours on it.

What is the difference between a key and a gift?
A key is a code you enter yourself and can receive through Auto-delivery. A gift is a present the seller sends to your Steam account manually. The result is the same: the game is added to your library permanently.
How do I find my Steam account's region?
The store region is listed in the account details in Steam's settings, and the currency of store prices hints at it too. Compare it with the region in the listing before paying.
What should I give the seller to receive a gift?
A link to your Steam profile or your nickname, so the seller can add you as a friend and send the present. Accept it in the Steam client and confirm the deal once the game is in your library.
The key will not activate. What now?
Take a screenshot of the error message and open a dispute without pressing Confirm receipt. A moderator checks the evidence; if you are refunded, the money goes to your site balance.
