Zoom is a popular video conferencing service from the US company of the same name, used for work calls, online lessons, webinars and catching up with friends. It lets you hold video meetings with screen sharing, recording, breakout rooms and chat, schedule conferences in a calendar and join from a computer, a phone or a browser. The free plan caps the length of group meetings, while paid plans remove that cap and add cloud recording, more participants and admin tools.

On the marketplace, the Zoom section offers subscriptions to paid plans, accounts with a plan already active, and services, such as help paying for a plan on your own account or setting up meetings and webinars. Each type of offer has its own category.

When buying, it matters whose account the plan goes on: your own or the seller's profile. Check the plan name, the term stated in the listing, the payment method used to activate it and whether it renews automatically. If you work for an organisation, make sure the purchase does not clash with a corporate account or your company's policies.

The money for the deal stays with the marketplace until you have made sure the plan is active and confirmed receipt. If the subscription did not activate or the account does not match the description, open a dispute before confirming and a moderator will go through the deal chat. An optional guarantee package can be added to accounts. Read the seller's reviews before paying and never send money directly.
