How long does delivery take?
The seller states the delivery time in the product description. With auto-delivery the item usually arrives right after payment — on the order page at the partner's site and by email; manual delivery happens within the time stated in the description.
What if the item did not arrive?
Check the order page on the partner's site and your email, including the spam folder, and message the seller in the order conversation. If they do not reply or deliver, open a dispute or a ticket with the partner's support and keep the receipt.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds and disputes follow the partner's rules and go through its support, since the partner took the payment. The Lootmarket guarantee does not cover such orders, and we cannot refund them.

About Subscriptions for Cursor
A Cursor subscription is a paid plan for the AI code editor that raises model request limits, unlocks the extended agent mode and gives access to stronger models for completion and chat. It is bought by developers who run out of the free allowance in daily work but have no way to pay for the plan directly.
Before paying, ask the seller for the plan name, the paid period and how it will be set up. The best option is attaching the plan to your own Cursor account, which keeps your settings, project rules and chat history. If the seller needs to sign in to your account, agree on it in the deal chat and decide in advance when you will change the password.
Once the seller says it is ready, open the account settings in Cursor or the subscription page on the website; both show the plan name and renewal date. Confirm receipt only after you see the plan is active. Until then the money is held by the marketplace.
If the plan does not appear, or switches off before you confirm, open a dispute with screenshots. After the deal, check that no unfamiliar sign-in methods are linked to the account and secure the email you use to log in.
