How long does delivery take?
The seller states the delivery time in the product description. With auto-delivery the item usually arrives right after payment — on the order page at the partner's site and by email; manual delivery happens within the time stated in the description.
What if the item did not arrive?
Check the order page on the partner's site and your email, including the spam folder, and message the seller in the order conversation. If they do not reply or deliver, open a dispute or a ticket with the partner's support and keep the receipt.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds and disputes follow the partner's rules and go through its support, since the partner took the payment. The Lootmarket guarantee does not cover such orders, and we cannot refund them.

If a login is needed to connect it, agree on how you will change the password afterwards.
Once it is connected, open Canva and check the plan name and end date in the settings, open a premium template and try removing the background from a photo. Confirm the deal when you are sure the paid features work. If access did not appear or the plan differs from what was promised, open a dispute.
If you were added to someone else's team, the team owner may see shared materials and can remove members at any time, so do not keep confidential files there. Do not enter card details on pages the seller sends you, and do not pay for a subscription around the marketplace.
