Opencode Balance Top-Up covers balance top-ups and gift cards. Sellers offer top-up codes or a credit to your account by login or ID. What matters most is region and currency: a card or code for another region may not be accepted on your account.
Payment goes through a marketplace deal: we hold the money until you check the goods and confirm receipt. If the seller does not deliver or the goods do not match the description, open a dispute in the deal before confirming — a moderator will review the deal chat.
A top-up by login does not require your password — do not share it. Codes are often delivered automatically right after payment: redeem the code and only then confirm receipt.

When does the seller get paid?
Only after you confirm receipt, or automatically after the period listed on the Fees and payouts page if you have not opened a dispute. Until then the payment is held by the marketplace.
