Payment methods

This is about paying for orders on Lootmarket. Right now orders on the marketplace can only be paid from your marketplace balance. An unpaid order is cancelled automatically once the period shown on the payment page expires.

From balance

If your balance is sufficient, payment is instant. Top up your balance in the Wallet.

Important

• Payment time is limited — watch the timer on the payment page.
• If money was charged but the status has not changed, wait a few minutes: the bank may confirm the payment with a delay. Extra or late payments are credited to your balance.
• Refunds for deals on the marketplace go to your balance on the site, not to the card.
• Offers marked "Payment on the partner's site" are paid for on the partner's site with its own methods — see Buying from a partner store.
