How not to get scammed

Updated September 29, 2026

The marketplace guarantee only works when the deal happens on the site. Scammers try to lure you away from it.

Key rules

  • Pay only on the site — through the "Buy" button. "Direct transfers with a discount" are not protected.
  • Do not confirm receipt before checking the goods. "Confirm first, then I'll deliver" is a scammer's sign.
  • Talk in the deal chat. The moderator cannot see messenger conversations in a dispute.
  • Never share your marketplace password, 2FA codes or SMS codes. Support staff never ask for them.
  • Check the site address before entering your password — phishing copies look like the original.

A "support agent" messages you on Telegram

Real support replies only in the Support section on the site and never asks for money or codes.

If you have been scammed

Open a dispute in the deal while it is not confirmed. If the deal was outside the marketplace, report it to support: we will ban the scammer, although getting the money back in that case is most likely impossible.
